Returns & Exchanges
Instructions:

To start, please go to our Return Center. Select the items you're looking to return and fill out the necessary details.

Ship the items back using the system-generated prepaid label when completing the return form.

Please allow 48 hours from delivery of return for our team to process your refund
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
Sent back to LifeThreads within 30 days of receipt of your order
The garment(s) must be in their original condition:

Unwashed
-
Unworn
-
Unaltered
-
With tags attached

We do not offer exchanges; if you would like to make an exchange, please follow the stated return process and purchase what you would like on a new order

Refunds will only be given via original purchase method
- LifeThreads will not accept returns on items with pet hair; returns must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with tags attached.
- LifeThreads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- LifeThreads will not ship back worn or damaged merchandise once returned. Please ensure your returned items meet our eligible return conditions before sending them back
